MYC-OCM100 Simple Model Coffee Cup Making Machine

The MYC-OCM100 is a simple-model paper cup forming machine built for producers who need a straightforward, reliable start in disposable coffee cup manufacturing. It converts printed or plain paper fan blanks into finished single-wall coffee cups, and it is a practical choice for new cup factories, small to medium production lines, and buyers adding a dedicated coffee cup format alongside existing food packaging output.

This page explains what the machine does, how to judge whether it fits your cup project, and what information to prepare before requesting a quotation. Confirmed machine parameters are listed in the Technical Specifications section of this page.

Sample Display

The sample above shows the type of single-wall paper cup this machine is intended to form. Final cup appearance, print quality and rim finish depend on the paper board, coating, printing and the cup mold fitted to the machine.

Machine Structure

The MYC-OCM100 uses an open CAM drive and a full gear transmission system, which keeps the forming motions synchronized and supports stable, repeatable cup production. A PLC control system manages the machine sequence, while a sensor fault detection system monitors operation and stops the machine automatically when a problem is detected, improving operating safety. An automatic oil lubrication system reduces manual maintenance attention during running.

Typical Applications

• Single-wall hot coffee and tea cups for cafes, takeaway chains and vending use.
• Plain or printed paper cups for branded beverage service.
• Small-batch and mid-volume cup production where a simple, easy-to-operate machine is preferred over a high-automation line.
• Producers who want a dedicated coffee cup machine rather than a multi-format converting line.

Selection Variables to Confirm Before Ordering

Cup making is a matched process: the machine, the mold and the paper must suit the same cup. Before confirming a configuration, prepare the following:

If any of these details are not yet fixed, share what you have and the final configuration can be confirmed against your cup sample before production.

Configuration Boundaries

• The machine is a cup forming machine; printing, die cutting and paper coating are separate upstream processes and are not part of this unit unless separately quoted.
• Mold sets are cup-format specific. A change of cup size normally requires a corresponding mold change, and the achievable range should be confirmed against your drawing.
• Sealing method, control brand and drive configuration should be confirmed in the final quotation rather than assumed from the model name.
• Rated speed and stable daily output are not the same figure. Stable output depends on paper quality, cup size, operator skill and shift organization.

Project Preparation and Maintenance Notes

• Keep the lubrication system topped up and follow the recommended oiling interval to protect the CAM and gear transmission.
• Check the sensor fault detection system regularly so that automatic stop protection remains effective.
• Store paper board in a dry, stable environment; moisture variation affects forming and sealing consistency.
• Train at least one operator on mold fitting, start-up checks and basic fault reading before production begins.

Related Equipment and Buying References

Buyers planning a broader food packaging workshop often review a paper bowl machine alongside a cup machine, since both formats share similar paper preparation and packing logic. The MYC-DB120 Double Turn Plate Paper Bowl Machine is one option to compare when your product plan includes bowls as well as cups. For a closer look at the machine in operation, see the MYC-OCM100 simple model paper cup machine operation video.
